Today I would like to share a [intlink id=”83″ type=”category”]video tutorial[/intlink] about the initial step of make-up which is “Base/Foundation”. This video tutorial shows the application of base/foundation on pimple skin. Before watching the video you should know that what are pimples?

Acne is a skin condition that causes whiteheads, blackheads and inflamed red lesions that are commonly called pimples or zits.

Now going back toward our topic that is “the application of base/foundation on pimple skin”. Base make-up can give your skin an even tone while covering up blemishes, pimples, spots and dark circles. It can also provide protection from the elements which are sun, wind and pollution.

Selection of base:-

Selection of base is the most important and essential step. Always choose a perfect base/foundation that blends well with your [intlink id=”18″ type=”post”]skin type[/intlink], complexion, occasion and personality.

Best tip to select correct base:-

  • Do not test the base on you wrist or hand. The skin color in those areas is pretty different from your face skin coloration. It is much better to apply a little amount of foundation that is being tested on your jawbone line. If it merges fine with your skin, it means the color is fine. But if it contrasts, you should look for another one.

Important point to have good, smooth and strong base:-

  • Always give time to your base to set, and then apply the rest of the make-up after some time; this will give your make-up a strong base.

In this video tutorial you will see that how you can cover your pimples by applying base/foundation to look attractive, beautiful and elegant.
